THE RESTAURANT

Welcome Home, this is the feeling we want you to have.
Our menu is designed to seek the perfect union between the flavours of our Sardinia and innovation, with complex preparations of quality and fresh foods.

Small tables, a detailed room full of objects that immediately create intimacy and warmth, the Essenza Bistrot has immediately become the refuge of gourmets.

The stone-covered walls are a reminder of the architecture of the area, while in front of the door there are the tables of the nice terrace.

The kitchen is in the hands of Chef Max Villani , chef with important previous experiences, who offers contemporary and well presented dishes; a certain space is dedicated to raw seafood. ( Michelin Guide )

THE CHEF

Having gained experience in various restaurants that symbolize Italian catering, Massimiliano Villani returned to Sardinia to create his Gourmet Restaurant in Olbia.
