ABOUT US

Cozy and original bistro-restaurant in the historic center: the stone-clad walls are a reminder of the architecture of the area, while in front of the door there are the tables of the nice terrace. The kitchen is in the hands of the patron, a chef with important previous experiences, who offers contemporary and well presented dishes; a certain space is dedicated to raw seafood. In the historic center, cozy and small bistro with summer terrace, where the Aosta Valley chef Massimiliano Villani offers creative and Mediterranean cuisine based on local products. The meat and fish dishes change in rotation and are written every day on the large blackboard in the room, in addition, tasting and personalized menus for parties and events, accompanied by an excellent selection of regional wines and some international labels.
